Our clothing boutique accepts returns on NEW or UNWORN items within 12 days of delivery for an exchange or store credit. Garments must be UNWORN, with ORIGINAL TAGS and RECEIPT.
We suggest that you send items back using USPS, UPS or FedEx along with a tracking number. We are not responsible for items that are lost while in-transit to us. Our adult and children's boutique will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Once we receive your items they will be processed within 1-3 business days at which time you will be issued a store credit for the price of the item and any applicable taxes. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please note: Once an order has been placed, the order cannot be canceled and items cannot be removed from the order. If you would like to change the size of an item, feel free to contact us via e-mail at email@example.com
You should expect to receive your new item within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive your item more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days) and the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days).

NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON SALE ITEMS. We have the right to deny a return after the time period has lapsed.
ALL MONOGRAMMING IS FINAL SALE. ONE AN ITEM HAS BEEN MONOGRAMMED IT CAN NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.
